[Warranty]
For three years after purchase, Sound House will carry out repairs and adjustments where possible. Shipping charges or a minimum labor charge may apply in the following cases. Please contact us about repairs or maintenance after the warranty period.
- Repairs requiring replacement of parts, including pads, cork, felt, springs and screws
- Cracks or breakage in the instrument body
- Faults caused by missing or insufficient maintenance required for the instrument, or by customer negligence, including bent keys
- Peeling or discoloration of plating or paint due to use or the environment
- Pad seating or joint-fit adjustments more than 30 days after purchase
