Carefully selected damping materials and sewn ear pads ensure clear reproduction of even the subtlest nuances in the mid- and high-frequency ranges.
■Excellent sound isolation for easy monitoring, even at high volumes
- A small-volume chamber (air chamber) improves sound isolation against external noise in the mid- and low-frequency ranges (300Hz to 1,600Hz) by approximately 7dB compared to the previous model, the HDJ-2000. This provides excellent sound isolation that makes it easy to monitor music, even when listening at high volumes on a club floor.

- Numerous improvements have been made to the headphones' design, ensuring a comfortable fit even during extended DJ sessions. The headband's contact area has been increased compared to the previous model, the HDJ-2000, to prevent the headphones from slipping during DJ sessions. The hinges and hangers are made of lightweight, durable magnesium alloy. The ear pads are made of low-resilience urethane for a snug fit, and the ear and head pad surfaces, which come into direct contact with the skin, are made of soft, flexible protein leather, ensuring a stable fit and comfort, even during extended DJ sessions.
