The 3×2 was modeled after the Fender Deluxe Reverb from the 1960s, the so-called blackface period (the period when the panel was black).
It has only one Volume knob, so the setting was easy.

The 3×2 reproduces the volume movement of the amplifier itself, and the distortion character is close to the distortion that can be obtained with the actual amp.
I also own a vintage blackface Deluxe Reverb, and it certainly sounds like it.

■Advantages

1. You can get a fat sound on the Jazz Chorus.
It will give a fat sound of a tube amp to the inorganic sound of the Jazz Chorus.
When it is turned on, the highs are increased, giving it a glass-like sound that is characteristic of the blackface amp.

2. Actually, it can also be used as a booster.
It feels good to use as booster for Marshall amps.
However, the distortion sound is like a vintage Fender amplifier.
It's not a modern distortion, but a vintage distortion.

3. Small and relatively cheap.
Because it is small, it fits well on the board.
It's one of the cheapest builder effectors, and it doesn't cost 30,000, but is wallet friendly.

By the way, Zahnrad is another brand from Mr. Kasuda who launched the brand called Nature Sound.
Originally, he had a good reputation for high quality effectors that reproduced the klon centaur and the Boss OD-1 for nature sound, so I expected the quality of the Zahnrad would also be quite high. I was proved correct
