学生時代、小さな楽器店で初めて買った中古ギターの改修を切欠に、ジャンクギターの魔改造に手を染める。その後本格的にアコースティックギター製作を学ぶも、メンタルがお豆腐でできていたことにより楽器業界への就職は断念。現在はThor Resonant Factory（Thor Guitars）として、Instagramとヤフーオークションを拠点に、実益を兼ねた趣味として個人で製作活動を続けている。MartinやCollings、Greven等を参考にしたトラディショナルな作風が多いが、中身はフィンガーピッキング向けの、テクニカルな操作性特化の仕様が得意。マッドサイエンティスト的な面もあり、思い付きから楽器に関する実験を始めたり、大破して叩き売られているギターがお宝に見えたりしている。
