・The GS3000 is the flagship model at the pinnacle of the Classic Series. Representing the culmination of Grado’s long-standing expertise in open-back headphone design, it combines the series' largest driver platform, carefully selected materials, and its most advanced mechanical architecture.

・While maintaining the intimate connection to the music that defines the Grado sound, the GS3000 delivers exceptional scale, power, and dimensionality. As the model that most comprehensively embodies the philosophy of the Classic Series, it is designed for listeners seeking a vast, detailed, and deeply immersive listening experience.

・At its core lies the 52mm X2 dynamic driver. It achieves high efficiency and dynamic control through the use of a Mylar diaphragm, copper voice coil, and a rare-earth magnetic circuit. The large diaphragm moves air with ease, delivering deep low-frequency extension, ample dynamic headroom, and a magnificent sense of scale.

・The housing features a combination of a Cocobolo outer shell and a precision-machined aluminum inner insert. Cocobolo is a dense, exotic hardwood prized for its rich tonal qualities and beautiful grain; its natural resonance adds warmth and depth to the sound. Meanwhile, the aluminum insert enhances structural rigidity and internal control, managing unwanted resonance while maintaining clarity and precision. This combination of materials achieves a powerful, immersive sound that balances organic warmth with mechanical stability.

・The headphones utilize the Signature Gold headband assembly. Structural stability and long-term durability are enhanced by engraved aluminum alloy gimbals, stainless steel height adjustment rods, and reinforced aluminum joint blocks. For the GS3000, a wider genuine leather headband strap is paired with the large platform to improve weight distribution and fit stability. The included "Gold" cable supports the scale and power delivered by the 52mm driver platform. Standard-equipped G-Cushion ear pads help bring out a vast soundstage and a sense of three-dimensional depth.
