・RS1 is one of the essential models when talking about the history of GRADO. Introduced over 30 years ago, the RS1 was GRADO's first wood headphone addition to the lineup, and is an iconic model that established the relationship between natural materials and GRADO sound.

-Equipped with a 50mm X2 dynamic driver at the center, consisting of a Mylar diaphragm, copper voice coil, and rare earth magnetic circuit. The tuning emphasizes expressive midrange expression and closeness to the music, vividly depicting the texture of vocals and instruments.

-The RS1 housing uses a tri-wood structure that combines cocobolo, hemp, and maple. By combining the density, damping properties, and structural stability of each material, we achieve hierarchical and controlled acoustic characteristics. It combines the natural sound unique to wood materials with the responsive expression typical of GRADO.

・The headband uses a signature gold headband assembly. Stamped aluminum alloy gimbal, stainless steel height rods, and reinforced aluminum joint blocks ensure structural stability and long-term durability. The genuine leather head strap and white stitching support long listening sessions, and the internal steel spring band makes it easy to adjust the lateral pressure. The ear pads are equipped with L cushions as standard, bringing out focused and direct musical expression.
