■ Digital Mixer

The 18-channel StudioLive SE 16R condenses the power of a large digital mixer into a sophisticated rackmount design. Featuring 16 fully recallable XMAX-R microphone preamps and a PreSonus FLEX DSP engine, it offers vintage-style EQ and compression options on every channel and bus, delivering musical, studio-quality sound.

The six FlexMix channels can be individually configured as Aux mixes, subgroups, or matrix mixes, giving the SE 16R exceptional flexibility for live sound, broadcast, and installed sound applications. Two dedicated FX mixes with stereo returns provide rich reverb and delay without consuming valuable buses.

For recording and playback, the StudioLive SE 16R features an 18-input/18-output USB 2.0 audio interface, onboard stereo SD recording, and seamless integration with the included Capture multitrack recording software with Virtual Soundcheck functionality. Each channel can switch between analog, USB, SD, and AVB sources, easily enabling hybrid workflows.

With built-in MILAN-certified AVB networking capabilities, the SE 16R can be used as a plug-and-play stage box or monitor mixer for StudioLive Series III consoles. Optional AVB-D16 support allows for Dante connectivity as needed. Universal Control remote mixing software provides complete wireless control and supports offline editing, allowing you to prepare mixes anywhere.
