RME / Fireface 802 FS Anniversary Edition

The ``Fireface 802 FS'', which has undergone a new evolution as the successor to RME's famous Fireface 800, is a high-end audio interface that combines uncompromising sound quality and stability, extremely flexible functions, and simple operability into a 1U size housing. A special model commemorating the 20th anniversary of Fireface 800.

Fireface 802 FS is a 30-in/30-out 192 kHz high-end USB audio interface
Featuring ultra-low latency operation with RME USB 2 technology, ultra-reliable drivers, femtosecond jitter suppression with SteadyClock FS, individually settable reference levels for each input and output, four intuitive front panel gain knobs and level/status LEDs, fully standalone operation, and a class-compliant mode that adds professional inputs and outputs to your iPad. Furthermore, it can be used with the same operability on Windows/Mac.
The Fireface 802 is equipped with a variety of functions, including the DSP digital mixer TotalMix FX that provides flexible mix and patch bays, RME's proprietary audio measurement and analysis utility DIGICheck, and a USB controller ARC USB (sold separately) that can be connected directly to the main unit. FS provides professional performance in all applications including audio interfaces, mic preamps, AD/DD/DA converters (analog, ADAT, SPIDF, AES), monitoring mixers, digital format converters, matrix routers, and more.
