Bebe Cherie is a cute, high-end 6ch stereo analog mixer. With stereo input (also supports MONO input), it comes with additional functions to color your sound, such as EQ, distortion, bus compressor, and Bliss enhancer.

■6 stereo inputs and TILT EQ
Channels 1 to 4 have variable input gain (maximum 34dB), and by increasing the GAIN, you can obtain smooth and musical distortion using an asymmetric diode clipper circuit.

The TILT knob is a simple and powerful one-knob equalizer. Lowering the knob boosts the bass while attenuating the highs, and turning it up boosts the highs while attenuating the bass. When the Tilt knob is in the center position (with center click), the equalizer will be flat.

You can select Stereo or Mono using the switch on the rear panel. You can use TRS mini jacks for stereo sources and TS mini jacks for monaural sources.

Channels 5 and 6 do not have a GAIN knob, but are equipped with a 2-band (Hi/Lo independent) Baxandall type EQ, and can be used as a stereo channel dedicated to clean sounds. You can also change the input gain between 0dB and +10dB using the switch on the rear panel.

Each channel has a large, square mute switch that can be conveniently used in conjunction with the ALT output.

■Bass compressor and Bliss enhancer
The master bus is equipped with a one-knob compressor and Bliss enhancer.

The bus compressor has a 3:1 ratio with a fast attack and medium release time, making it ideal for mixdown compression. It is designed to be extremely easy to operate, yet compatible with a variety of music styles.

The Bliss knob controls a high frequency enhancer circuit that can add air and punch to your mixes.
