qdc/SUPERIOR is a truly entry-level universal IEM that was newly developed with the desire to allow more users to experience the brand identity of comfortable wearability and accurate music playback based on the knowledge and technology gained from numerous custom IEM developments.

■10mm diameter single full-range dynamic driver and design with emphasis on transient characteristics
SUPERIOR is equipped with the brand's first 10mm diameter single full-range dynamic driver. It has a wide playback range and reproduces natural and harmonious sound across the entire range. SUPERIOR was designed and tuned with an emphasis on transient characteristics to enable accurate music playback.

■Diaphragm with composite film using vacuum film-forming technology
The diaphragm uses a composite membrane using vacuum coating technology. It has the characteristics of extremely high uniformity, high rigidity, high quality, and light weight, and enables beautiful and smooth playback even at high frequencies.

■Unique coaxial dual magnetic circuit and dual cavity structure, metal nozzle adopted
The driver section uses a unique coaxial dual magnetic circuit and dual cavity structure. By using magnetic circuits for driving the diaphragm inside and outside the driver, it is possible to increase the magnetic flux density, achieving even better transient driving.

■3D printing shell and mirror panel design
SUPERIOR uses a shell using 3D printing technology to achieve the lightweight and comfortable fitting unique to QDC. To symbolize transparent, three-dimensional sound, the faceplate incorporates a mirror panel into the design, giving it a stylish appearance.

■Uses highly compatible custom IEM 2pin connector
A custom IEM 2pin connector (0.78mm) is used for the concept model SUPERIOR's connector. Unlike the QDC 2pin connector normally used for professionals, it has high cable compatibility (*), making it easier for audio enthusiasts to expand the ways they can enjoy portable audio.

■SUPERIOR Cable that uses high-purity oxygen-free copper (OFC) 4-core wire
The attached cable has a 4-core wire made of highly conductive high-purity oxygen-free copper (OFC) covered with a black PVC coating. SUPERIOR Cable has a smooth feel and is easy to handle. The plug uses a stylish 3.5mm 3-pole unbalanced straight plug with a metal sleeve.

トランジェント全振りの高コストパフォーマンス機

出先での音声編集（主に整音）用に予算4万でイヤホンを探していて、実機が置いてある販売店で２０機種くらいを2時間聴き比べた結果、これが一番良かった為購入しました。
某S社、S社、S社（oeh）の4万円以下の機種とも比較をしましたが、遮音性とノイズの探しやすさではダントツでした。
開発？企画？の方もYouTubeで語られている通り、トランジェント全振りなのでノイズの再現性が高く非常に仕事がやり易いです。
再現性が高いのでバイノーラルやASMRといったジャンルとも相性は良いと思います。
また楽曲を聴いていても、曲の「キメ」の部分などに多い突然の音の変化にもバッチリ追従していくので、曲を聴いてても、ちゃんと製作者の狙い通りカッコよく聞こえて非常に満足です。
ただ、極振りしたイヤホンなので、これを使ってMIXが出来るようになるには時間がかかりそうな気がしています。（音は良いんですけどね…）
しばらくMIXは800ST、それ以外はsuperiorの二台体制になりそうです。
