The Generator 120 MKIII is a 4-channel guitar amp head with a reactive load and cabinet simulator for stereo direct output.

Rev Amplification, a Canadian high-end amp and effects brand, has introduced the Generator 120MK3, an all-tube guitar amp head with 120W/10W switchable output that can be used for a wide range of applications from large-scale stage performances to home practice and desktop recording, and offers a variety of sound-making options. The Generator 120 MK3 features four channels (clean, crunch, and two high-gain distortions), each with three tone controls (bass, middle, and treble) for a wide variety of tone characters to suit your music.
In addition, channel 1 (clean channel) has a wide mode to extend the range, channel 2 (crunch channel) has a drive mode, and channel 3 (purple channel) and channel 4 (red channel) each have an aggression mode. Channel 3 (purple channel) and channel 4 (red channel) each have an aggression mode, allowing you to switch between several types of tones within the same channel (two types for CH1 and three types for CH2, CH3, and CH4).
It also incorporates two master volumes, presence and depth controls, a reverb switch, and a noise gate.
An effects loop and MIDI jack are incorporated on the rear panel.
While it is a traditional all-tube guitar amp with five ECC83 pre-tubes and four 6L6GC power tubes, it is also expandable for digital recording.

It can be connected to an external speaker cabinet of your choice, just like a regular amp. Alternatively, you can use the balanced XLR output jacks for direct output to a mixer or interface instead of using the speaker outputs.
The output from the balanced XLR allows the use of a Two-note Torpedo virtual cabinet, which is very useful for DTM.
By connecting to a PC or mobile device via USB or Bluetooth, Two Notes' Torpedo Remote (Wireless Remote) software can be used to control the EQ, select reverb space, and use the cabinet simulator and microphone simulator. The software also allows for precise sound creation through the use of a cabinet simulator and microphone simulator.
The software and MIDI jack also allow you to use your MIDI controller for additional user settings such as virtual cabinet, channel selection, and aggression switching, as well as practical program changes to suit your preference. You can also use your MIDI controller to increase user settings such as virtual cabinet, channel select, and aggression switching.

A dedicated footswitch is included for switching channels (and switching modes), switching effects loops on and off, and switching master volume 1/2 (and saving mutes and presets).
