MODO BASS 2

MODO BASS is not a conventional sample-based sound source, but a completely new type of bass sound source that uses physical modeling technology to parameterize all elements that form the sound and synthesize the sound in real time. Not only the material of the body and the type of strings, but also the small elements such as pickups, wiring, playing style, amplifiers and effects are faithfully modeled. The acoustically synthesized sounds based on the physical models of the characteristics and playing techniques of real instruments are so realistic that they are comparable to real instruments. In addition to the many presets, detailed editing is possible, so you can create your own sounds to suit your preferences.

The first ever physical modeling drum sound source has been updated to V1.5, adding three new kits and compatible cymbals

MODO DRUM 1.5 is the latest version of IK's first software drum sound source that uses physical modeling. MODO DRUM 1.5 achieves deep customization of drum kits (13 types in total) that was previously impossible by powerfully combining sound generation by physical modeling and advanced sampling technology.

As the first bass sound source to use physical modeling, MODO DRUM provides realistic drum sounds just like the award-winning MODO BASS. MODO DRUM allows you to control various elements that make up the sound of a drum kit, from the material and size of the drums to the playing style and room resonance.

MODO DRUM's innovative sound generation technology based on modal synthesis breaks the limitations of conventional sampling sound sources and sets a new standard for drum sound sources that are realistic, natural, and freely customizable.

Generate sounds in real time
MODO DRUM is different from conventional sampling-based drum sound sources in that it uses IK's unique sound generation technology based on modal synthesis and breathes new life into your drum tracks using an optimized sound engine.

The basic ""sound"" of a drum kit is determined by the physical components of each instrument. However, the final sound is determined not only by physical elements such as the size, material, and drumhead of the instrument, but also by the playing style, the interaction between the drum head and body, the resonance between the instruments that make up the drum kit, and the room resonance.
