■Amplifier Simulator

It works as a standalone and AU/AAX/VST plug-in. Amps and pedals using Tone Models from TONEX can also be used as AmpliTube gear models for the popular guitar/bass effects amp modeling software AmpliTube.
The Tone Modeler consists of two sections: the Machine Modeler, which captures and generates AI Machine Modeling Tone Models, and the Player, which allows you to search, browse, play, and customize the sound of Tone Models.

The sound editing section of Player includes full EQ, noise gate, pre- and post-compressor, depth, and presence controls, as well as high-quality reverb, VIR (IK's Volumetric Impulse Response AI Machine Modeling also allows the user to isolate the amp and cabinet imported as a Tone Model, allowing the user to experiment with their IRs or to access virtual cabinets and IRs using IK's VIR™ technology to perfect their tone. Anyone with a modern computer, audio interface, and a ramp box can capture Tone Models. You don't need a separate preamplifier box. If you want to input the signal played back by the cabinet through a microphone, an audio interface that accepts microphone input is sufficient.
