16-inch wide dreadnought body electric-acoustic model
The Excel Lexington is an electric acoustic guitar with a 16-inch wide, 4.7-inch thick dreadnote-style flat top, piezo pickups and a Fishman Presys + onboard preamp on the body side. Decorated with cream-colored headstock and neck bindings, 5-ply body bindings, and a center strip on the body back. The combination of the rosette with Avalon, the D'Angelico logo of the mother of pearl on the head, and the split block position marker on the fingerboard gives an elegant impression.The body is a solid Sitka spruce top, MacArthur ebony side and back, a unique pattern and premium material, with a satin finish mahogany neck joined in a dovetail fashion. The fingerboard uses evony. An easy-to-play 25-inch scale, standard C-shaped neck for easy grip, and medium jumbo-sized frets. The material of the bridge and bridge pin is evony, and it is a steer step-shaped bridge that subtly incorporates the character of D'Angelico. The distinctive headstock design continues the tradition of D'Angelico. The truss rod cover is made of aluminum and has a strong presence inspired by the New York skyscrapers lined with Art Deco architecture (such as the Empire State Building) that was popular in New York around 1930. We have a lineup of three colors, vintage natural, auburn, and vintage sunburst, which have different top colors.
