The FANTOM-0 is a versatile synthesizer that thoroughly pursues the quality, real-time performance, and speedy workflow required of modern hardware synthesizers, and realizes a variety of musical expressions. It is equipped with a huge sound library of over 3,000 sounds inherited from the flagship model FANTOM, a sequencer that can record non-stop loops, a sampler that plays audio phrases from 16 pads or keys, and an integration function that can directly control a DAW, all of which are organically configured. You can choose from three types: the 61-key FANTOM-06, the 76-key FANTOM-07, and the 88-key FANTOM-08 with piano action, depending on your playing style and usage environment.

The FANTOM-0 is equipped with a 4-in / 32-out USB AUDIO/MIDI interface function, and can be introduced into a DAW-based production environment. Native integration with Logic Pro, MainStage, and Ableton Live allows you to directly control these software programs using the FANTOM-0's touchscreen and hardware controls. You can also freely combine software synthesizers with the FANTOM-0's sounds.

Creating a SCENE
You can use customizable spaces called SCENEs to save sounds, patterns, performance layouts, templates, and more, and recall them with one touch. You can also make an entire song or part of a song into a SCENE, chain them together, and switch between them seamlessly.

Dynamic sounds
The FANTOM-0 makes it easy to create extremely complex and dynamic synthesizer sounds. Each tone has four partials with two LFOs each. SCENE, which is composed of up to 16 layers of tones, has a whopping 128 LFOs, allowing you to create sounds with movement far beyond your imagination. In addition, the step LFO can be synced to the BPM of the song, and you can select from 35 types of curves for each of the 16 steps.

Flexible support for various production styles
Various music genres require different production styles and tools. In addition to real-time recording and step recording, the FANTOM-0 also supports TR-REC style input methods inspired by Roland's iconic drum machines such as the TR-808 and TR-909, so you can shape your music using your preferred input method.

Perfect for vocalists
You can also connect a microphone to the main unit and use the FANTOM-0's high-quality effects on vocals. It is effective for various vocal performances, such as choruses and singing in the studio or on stage. The 32-band stereo vocoder lets you create unique vocal sounds, from classic VP-style ensemble tones to robotic voices.

Quick Control
The touch display on the FANTOM-0 allows for fast, interactive control. The easy-to-use knobs provide an organic, sensitive response. In addition to the synthesizer section with dedicated oscillator, filter, and envelope controllers, the unit also features pads that can be used to trigger samples and rhythmic patterns, allowing you to quickly shape any musical idea that comes to mind.

Flexible for a variety of expression methods
Some players like pitch bend/modulation levers and wheels, while others prefer pedals. With the FANTOM-0, you can use them all, depending on your preference. You can also extend your workflow with your favorite USB MIDI controller using the dedicated USB device port.
