Bring Helix effects to your pedalboard
The HX Effects features over 100 effects found in the highly acclaimed Helix hardware and software processors, packaged in a compact format that fits easily on your pedalboard, allowing you to use up to nine effects simultaneously. It also includes classic effects from Line 6’s long-standing M Series and stompbox modelers. Eight capacitive touch footswitches, each featuring a color LED ring and six LCD scribble strips, enable intuitive effect editing. Simply touch a footswitch to instantly select a specific effect and access its parameters. Furthermore, the HX Effects allows you to choose between analog bypass or DSP bypass (with trail function support), and its industry-leading 123dB dynamic range delivers incredible sonic depth and low noise. Equipped with extensive routing and control features that adapt flexibly to both studio and stage environments, it integrates easily into pedalboards and amplifiers.

1. HX Audio Engine
Equipped with the same audio engine as the Helix, the HX Effects allows you to use up to nine effects simultaneously thanks to its powerful DSP. With a dynamic range of 123 dB, it delivers incredible depth of sound, realistic response, and ultra-low noise.

2. HX Effects
HX Effects features over 100 effects—including distortion, delay, reverb, modulation, pitch/synth/filter, compressor/limiter, EQ, and wah—the same effects found in the Helix guitar processor. It also includes the highly popular effect libraries from the M13, M9, M5, DL4, MM4, FM4, and DM4, and allows you to load custom impulse responses (IRs).

3. Capacitive Touch Footswitches
The HX Effects features eight capacitive touch footswitches equipped with color LED rings and six LCD scribble strips, allowing you to select and edit effects quickly and intuitively. Simply touch a footswitch to instantly select the desired effect and edit its parameters.
4. Powerful Routing and I/O
The HX Effects features powerful routing and control capabilities, including a parallel stereo signal path, two freely assignable effects loops (with stereo connectivity), two expression pedal inputs, and external amp switching, allowing you to easily integrate it into your pedalboard or studio setup.
The input level is switchable. You can connect keyboards, DJ equipment, and other electronic instruments necessary for music production, or use the HX Effects as an outboard processor in your studio.

5. Command Center for Your Entire System
Like the Helix multi-effects processor, the HX Effects serves as the command center for your system. It can connect to other pedals and DAW software via MIDI (DIN or USB), and you can even control external amplifiers from the HX Effects using its switching capabilities.
