The YAMAHA/CHR15 is a passive speaker that boasts high durability and high sound quality, with a dedicated transducer housed in the same wooden plywood cabinet as the higher-end models.

■PA Speaker ■Passive ■15 inch ■500W ■1 unit The CHR15 is a 2-way passive loudspeaker for SR equipped with a 15-inch woofer and a 1.4-inch high-frequency driver, and is ideal for FOH main use. The combination of a carefully selected dedicated transducer and a plywood cabinet similar to Yamaha's high-end CZR series gives the CHR15 the best sound quality and durability in its class. - The plywood cabinet minimizes vibration and achieves clear sound. - The plywood cabinet with a scratch-resistant paint finish reduces scratches and achieves robustness. - Despite the 15-inch low-frequency driver, the compact cabinet achieves excellent low-frequency characteristics. - Equipped with a dual pole socket that can be set to 0° or -7° downward. - Equipped with a rigging point that can be used to attach an eyebolt (sold separately). - Maximum system performance is achieved by using the dedicated presets installed in a Yamaha amplifier with DSP or a signal processor.
