""GOLDEN AGE PREMIER"" is a high-end line from Golden Age Project (GAP) that offers high-quality vintage-style products at an affordable price.

""PREQ-73 PREMIER"" is a replica model of the famous ""NEVE 1073"" with a high level of reproducibility, adding a 3-band EQ section to a single-channel mic/line/instrument preamp.

The universal sound character of vintage NEVE has been used in countless recordings, and has a character that can most beautifully color music. PREQ-73 PREMIER is the top-of-the-line model that reproduces all the essence of that sound without leaving anything out. It uses the highest quality components, including transformers made by CARNHILL in the UK, and has already been highly evaluated for its careful design and meticulous sound tuning.

The combination of a real preamp and smooth EQ provides the most complete ""analog sound"".

-Maximum gain of 80dB in mic mode. Enough performance to handle quiet sound sources and passive ribbon microphones
-Classic 23-position gain/line switch (5dB steps)
-Gain range of 20-80dB (mic), -10-+20dB (line)
-LF (+/- 15dB) and HF (+/- 20dB) shelving equalizers. Each band has two selectable frequencies
-Inductor-based +/- 15 dB midrange equalizer section with three selectable frequencies (frequency can also be changed with internal jumper settings)
-Switchable impedance setting in mic mode, 1200/300 ohms. Line mode input impedance is 10kΩ

- Phantom 48V power and phase inversion switch
