Since its release in 2014, EQD's flagship effector, Afterneath, has undergone a model change.

Afterneath is a reverb that uses the effect obtained by stacking many short delays. From reverb that makes you feel like you're in a cave to rhythmic and mysterious reverb sprinkled with short delays, this effector overturns the concept of reverb up to now!

-External expression pedal input terminal
This is a jack to connect an external expression pedal that controls Drag. Afterneath requires an expression pedal that uses a 50k control pot. We recommend a Moog EP-3 or an equivalent product. You can also use an expression pedal that uses a normal 10k control pot, but you will not be able to get the maximum variable range of each mode. Be sure to use a stereo expression pedal.

This terminal can also be used with CV, with a voltage range of 0 to 5v.

-Flexi-Switching
This product is equipped with a Flexi-SwitchR function. It is a true bypass with an electronic relay system, and can be used as a normal latching switch or a momentary switch (unlatching type) depending on how you step on it.

When using it as a latching switch, step on it once to turn it on, just like a normal effect switch, and step on it again to turn it off.

When using it as a momentary switch, the effect is on only while the switch is being stepped on, and turns off once the switch is released. ?

Since it uses an electronic relay type switch, the input signal will not be output unless power is supplied. When turning on the switch after connecting power to Afterrneath, switching noise may be heard only the first time.

・Switching Trails Mode
The Afterneath is set to ""tails mode"" when shipped, so the reverberation will continue even after you press the foot switch to turn it off.
→To switch to a mode without reverberation...
Unplug the power cable from Afterneath.
With the foot switch pressed, plug the power cable back into Afterneath.
When the LED flashes three times, release the foot switch.
If you want to return to the original mode, repeat the above steps.

・Power supply
This product can be used with a 9V AC adapter with a 2.1mm center negative adapter. We do not recommend using daisy chains or power adapters that do not use a transformer, as this may cause noise. Do not use a power supply exceeding 9V as this may cause malfunctions.
