It's ready to use right out of the box with the included ""Realtime Analog Classics"" bundle, featuring a variety of UAD plug-ins for recording, mixing, and mastering, including the UA 610-B Tube Preamp & EQ, Teletronix LA-2A, 1176 Compressor, Marshall Plexi Classic Guitar Amp, Ampeg SVT-VR Classic Bass Amp, and Pultec EQ.

As this desktop 10-in/6-out audio interface evolves into its third generation, the audio converters have been redesigned to achieve an impressive 127 dB dynamic range and -117 dB THD+N, achieving a wide, organic sound comparable to high-end converters.

Apollo Twin X also features two Unison-enabled mic preamps, allowing you to track using mic preamp emulations from Neve, Helios, API, Manley, Universal Audio, and more. Universal Audio's proprietary Unison technology faithfully captures the tonal character of classic mic preamps, including input impedance, gain stage ""sweet spot,"" and component-level circuit behavior of the original hardware.
Unison technology also works with Apollo Twin X's front-panel Hi-Z instrument input, providing perfect impedance and gain matching for guitar and bass amp models from Fender, Marshall, Ampeg, and more.
