TASCAM / MX-8A Matrix Mixer

The MX-8A is an 8-input/8-output matrix mixer with built-in DSP that is ideal for small- to medium-sized facility sound systems.

The MX-8A matrix mixer is equipped with 8 mic/line inputs and 8 line outputs. Its built-in DSP allows for audio processing tailored to the application and environment. Two types of control software are available: one for system integrators/administrators and one for end users, allowing for control of the unit tailored to your needs.


□Various DSP Functions

The mic/line inputs are equipped with a 4-band EQ, compressor, and auto level control. Input sources can be mixed for each output zone. The mixed signal can be used with ducking and ambient noise compensator functions to enhance the clarity of the audio you want to play. The line outputs are equipped with a 10-band EQ, high-pass filter, low-pass filter, delay, and limiter, allowing for optimal level management and adjustment to suit the connected device.
