独特なブースト音

フラットレスジャズベにて使用しました。下のツマミは単純に音量の調整ですが、上のブーストツマミを上げていくと音が「コインコイン」鳴ります。フィルター効果ですかね。
特に歪ませずにMXRのプリアンプでカラースイッチON、フロントPUのヴォリュームを少し下げて音を出すと独特なアジアンテイストな琵琶？サウンドになります。
どちらかというと高音が煌びやかになるクリーンブースター系で、歪みの前段に入れてギャンギャン鳴らせたい場合はエレハモとかを導入したほうが効果的な感じです。
そしてサウンドハウスさんの素早い発送力にはいつも頭が下がります。

P90に合う

幻のスペクトラムの代替になるかと入手。
ワウ半止め的な効果はたしかにある。
だが、ちょっと使いどころに悩む機械ではあった。
真空管アンプクリーン、ES-175のP90でこれをつないで音を出すと、昔の甘くて太いジャズトーンが出ることを発見。
バンドではMSGやRHCPもやったりするけど、自室ではクラシックかジャズを弾いている。
電池駆動しないのが、ちょっと残念。
