* The basic functions of the WL-20L are the same as those of the WL-20, but cable tone simulation is not installed. Therefore, it is optimized for instruments where the cable has little effect on sound quality, such as electric acoustic guitars with built-in preamps, guitars and basses with active pickups (pickups that require batteries), and even instruments with line-level output such as shoulder keyboards and Roland's Aerophone. In addition, the WL-20L can be used with passive pickups if the sound quality changes typical of cables are not required.

*Not compatible with the following guitars.

● Specifications are limited for the following types of devices.

-Devices with a stereo standard type (TRS standard type) OUTPUT terminal
*Only the signal from the L side (Tip side) is output.

● Not compatible with the following types of guitars.
・Guitars that do not have enough space (cylindrical space with a diameter of 18.5 mm and a depth of 5 mm) to attach the transmitter to the mounting jack

・Guitars with special electrical wiring specifications

- Some guitars with active pickups (※1)

- YAMAHA Silent Guitars (※2)

(※1) In the active circuit of a guitar, the general wiring method for the TRS jack output is Tip = audio, Sleeve = ground, and Ring is for battery ground. In rare cases, there are guitars where the Ring and Sleeve are wired in reverse, in which case the active circuit of the guitar will not work properly.

(※2) It will not work due to electrical wiring specifications.

*There are some models of guitars/basses with active pickups that cannot be used.

リハで使用しました。
シールドには戻れませんね。
ステージで使う分には問題はありません。
ベースとサイドギターはBOSSのWLを使っています。干渉はないですね。

快適??

前から気になってたコチラのワイヤレス?ついに購入しました??使用感は一言、快適です?足元のシールドをいっさい気にすることなく自由に動き回れます。想像はしてましたがこれ程快適とは想像以上です??正にストレスフリー?私は自宅でエレキギター用に使用。エフェクターボードのチューナーに本機レシーバーを挿してアンプから音を出しています。ギターはEMGピックアップが載ってますので本機にしました。音に関しては詳しい方ではないですが、私としては何の支障も無くシールド接続と何の変わりなく感じます。とにかくゴキゲンで以前よりギターを弾くのが楽しくなりました。後は充電時使用の端子ですが、今主流のCタイプなら尚イイですね。後他社のように、ジャックに挿して折曲げられれば良いかも。それにしても一度本機を使用するとシールド接続にはもう戻れないかも？それほど超快適です??

手頃なワイヤレスシステム

カバキーニョ（ブラジルの弦楽器）で使う他、ヘッドセットのワイヤレス化もする事が出来た
audio technicaのAT810Xの出力がモノラルジャックなのでどちらもオスオスでぶつかってしまうため、Classic ProのAPP211を間に挟んで接続
ヘッドセットのコードが長いものを買ってしまったが、このやり方なら短い方が良かった（ワイヤレス以外でも使う方を考慮しての選択だが）
オーテクの変換プラグを使うとWL-20のスイッチが上手く押せないとの事だったが、こちらは問題なし
一般的なマイク向けのワイヤレスシステムは特に受信機側が大きく、外部電源が必要な場合も多いのでWL-20だとコンパクトかつシンプルで使いやすいし、値段も比較的お手頃で使いやすい
欲を言えば送信機側に音量調整があったらよかったなと思いますが、基本がエレキギター、ベース向けであろう事を考えると楽器側で調整出来る前提だから仕方ないのだろうと自分を納得させました。

鍵盤ハーモニカpro44用に以前はもっと安価なものを使っていましたが、ステージ本番中に壊れて、こちらを購入しました。比べると、音がクリアで出る音も大きく感じます。繊細な表現も、しっかり音を拾ってくれます。鍵盤ハーモニカでのパフォーマンスに有線は重く、すぐ差し込み部分が壊れて、何度も修理に出していたので、こちらにして良かったです。それから、持ち運びが不便と書いておられる方もいらっしゃいますが、私はぴったりの入れ物を見つけて、全く気になりません。
キーボードにも使いましたが、5時間のリハでも、しっかり最後まで仕事をしてくれました。

ストレスフリー！

ケーブルを繋がなくていいのは本当にストレスフリーですね！
エフェクターボードに組み込めるWL-50やWL-60と迷いましたが、こっちにして正解でした。
WL-20と比較してWL-20Lはレシーバーの色が違うのでわかりやすいです。
気軽に挿して演奏できるし、KATANA MINIを持っているのですが、エフェクターボード無しなら手軽にギターとアンプだけでどこでも演奏できます。
改善点は、USB-C端子にしてほしいことと、非演奏時オートオフをつけてほしいことですね。
BOSSさんに要望出しました。次のモデルに取り入れられたら嬉しいな。
