Use this cable for lines handling weak signals (-50dBV or less) that may be susceptible to noise. It is also highly effective against electromagnetic noise that cannot be prevented by 2-core shielded microphone cables. If power cables are run nearby in parallel, it may be safer to run the electromagnetically shielded microphone cable through metal conduit, depending on the power content.
