This model is the best-selling programmable switcher PEC-4 equipped with a VITALIZER input.

■Programmable Effect Controller
This controller allows you to program and easily recall up to four combinations of the four effect loops.
■VZ IN (Vitalizer Input)
The Vitalizer circuit converts weak guitar or bass signals into powerful, distortion-resistant signals. (The signal level remains unchanged.)
■IN (Input)
To use effects such as fuzz pedals that dramatically change the effect when connected after the Vitalizer, connect them to the IN jack, which does not pass through the Vitalizer circuit.
■Series Connection Loops: Loops 1 to 3
■Separate Loop: Loop 4. Can be used as a control terminal for switching amplifier channels, etc.
■Operation Modes
・Program Mode
Up to four combinations of the four effect loops can be programmed and easily recalled.
・Direct Access Mode
Each of the four effect loops can be turned on/off individually.
■VZ THRU (Vitalizer Through)
This output jack constantly outputs the input signal. By connecting a tuner, you can tune while you play.
Because it is separated from the main signal line, even if the cable to the tuner shorts out or the tuner breaks, the main signal line is less likely to be affected.
