This panel attaches to the back of the VOX New Type wah pedal, reducing the impact of the large rubber feet and making it easier to install on your effects board.

Previous Wah pedals had rubber feet, which made them difficult to attach to a Pedal Board. Even after removing the rubber feet, the screw heads remained exposed, creating a step that made it difficult to attach properly. (Attaching Velcro directly to the back cover often caused problems, such as the metal plate bending when removing it.)
The screws are recessed, and the bottom is flat, so it can be attached to a Pedal Board as is. (If you're using batteries, using strong adhesive tape can make removal difficult.)

V846HW用にかいましたが、ピッタリフィットです。他のレビューでは合わなかったってのもありましたが、個体差はあるんでしょうね。ねじの落とし込み加工もしてあってスッキリです。サウンドハウスさんが一番安くていいですね。

必需品

ペダルボードにワウを組み込んでいるプレイヤーにとってもう定番必需品と言えるほどナイスな製品です。

唯一の難点と言えば、これは私が愛用するVOX 847Aに言えることですが、本品は樹脂製な上にネジ穴径が大きめなので、ワウ本体に付いている元々のネジでは、締込みトルクをかけ過ぎるとその頭がネジ穴に埋まってしまい、更に締め込むと貫通します。

なのでご購入を検討されている方は、商品到着後に一度仮フィッティングをし、元ネジに合うサイズのワッシャーを別途用意したほうが良いですネ。

それ以外は満点の製品です。

VOX用と書かれてますが、Crybabyにも使えます。
私はCrybaby From Hellに付けてますが、大きなハミ出しや寸法足らずなどもなく問題なく使えています。
裏に電池蓋がないので、電池使用する場合はいちいちネジを外す必要があります。
ゴム足の時よりも高さが低くなるので、エフェクターボードの縁にシールドが干渉するかもしれません。
私のCrybabyは端に設置してるので干渉してしまい、結局すのこでさらに底上げしました。
商品説明通りの品なので、ボードにワウを固定したい人にオススメ。

ワウペダルをボードにマウントしたいと思った時にこういう製品があるのは素晴らしい。個人的にはこういう製品を出してくれるメーカーは応援していきたいです。
がしかし、私の所持しているV863-CAでは、縦横3mm程合わなかった。
穴あけと皿ねじ購入が必要になることも念頭に置いて購入した方が良いと思います。
