Amp simulator/preamp pedal that reproduces the sound of the ENGL Fireball preamp. By connecting to the FX RETURN of a guitar amp, you can create sounds that are not affected by the characteristics of the amp. This model is recommended for those who want to produce their own sound with any amp.

■ Guitar amp simulator/preamp
A series of pedal-type preamplifiers that completely reproduce the sound of the preamplifiers of famous guitar amps with compact analog circuits. A built-in cabinet emulator is also available for silent recording.

■ ENGL Fireball type
The E-1 reproduces the ENGL Fireball lead channel, the new standard for high-gain amps. It reproduces extremely powerful, bright, nuanced and controllable drive tones.

■ Connection
・IN:
Connect your guitar.

・OUT:
You can get the output from the preamp. Connect to FX RETURN of guitar amp or power amp.

・CAB.SIM.:
Adds cabinet emulation to the output from the preamp and outputs the sound. You can connect directly to mixers, interfaces, etc.
When this terminal is not connected, the power consumption is automatically reduced from 6mA to 4mA, and it is also excellent in power saving.
