■ The FC-300 is equipped with a 16-character x 2-line LCD, which can display MIDI information to be sent and patch numbers (in patch mode), and is equipped with double assignable expression pedals. Furthermore, it is possible to centrally control a variety of devices, such as two amp control terminals for switching the channels of an external guitar amp, and three terminals for connecting an external foot pedal/switch.
■ In addition to the standard mode for sending program changes, the control mode for sending control changes, and the system exclusive mode are installed. Furthermore, it is equipped with a new function, patch mode. In patch mode, you can store various MIDI messages as patches and send them by pedal operation. This allows you to freely mix and send different MIDI channels and messages, allowing you to control an entire system that combines multiple MIDI devices with a single FC-300.
