The LP Galaxy Fiberglass series features a wide belly and narrow base, producing deep, resonant bass notes and vibrant high notes. The heads are molded from natural rawhide. The upper half of the conga, where the most force is typically applied, is reinforced with Kevlar fiber, which is twice as strong as steel, for a balanced feel.
