■EQ Section (EQ Channel)

・Level: Adjusts the output volume when the EQ channel is active. At the 12 o'clock position, it is the same volume as the input signal (unity gain). Turning it to the right boosts, and turning it to the left cuts.

・Vari-Freq (Variable Frequency): Allows you to specify any frequency from a wide range of 20Hz-10kHz. This makes it possible to pinpoint and target frequencies that are out of reach of a standard 3-band EQ.

・Vari: Determines the boost/cut amount for the frequency band specified by ""Vari-Freq"". At the 12 o'clock center click position, it is flat (disabled).

・Treble / Middle / Bass: A 3-band equalizer that controls the high, mid, and low frequencies respectively. All have a center click, and the 12 o'clock position is flat.

* Deep: When turned on, the 80Hz band is boosted, adding a heavy bottom end.

* Process: Cuts the fullness of the low-mids, creating a modern bass tone with a defined contour.

* Bright: Emphasizes the attack of the 5kHz band, giving the sound clarity and brilliance.

* EQ Footswitch: Switches the EQ channel ON/OFF.

■ Drive Section (Drive Channel)

* Level: Controls the final volume of the drive channel.

* Blend: Adjusts the mix balance between the clean original sound and the distorted sound. Turning it all the way to the right allows for 100% drive output.

* Drive: Adjusts the depth of distortion (gain amount).

* Bandwidth: A unique control on this unit that determines which frequency range is primarily distorted. Turning it to the left distorts the low frequencies, resulting in a warm, cohesive tone. Turning it to the right distorts the high frequencies, creating a crisp, bitey crunch sound while maintaining tight bass.

* Tone: A low-pass filter dedicated to the drive channel. Turning it to the left cuts the high frequencies, resulting in a milder sound.

* Drive Footswitch: Switches the drive channel ON/OFF.

■ Input/Output Terminals and Other Functions (Outputs)

* Parallel Out: A terminal that constantly outputs the pure original sound that has passed through the buffer. It is very useful for connecting to a tuner, or when you want to split (parallel output) a clean signal to a sub-amp or external DI.

* Direct Out: An XLR balanced terminal that outputs a genuine line sound that has passed through an analog-designed cabinet simulator.

* Ground Lift: When noise caused by a ground loop occurs, it disconnects the ground of the XLR terminal to eliminate the noise.

* Effects Loop: A send/return terminal located between the Drive section and the EQ section in the internal circuitry. (Note: The signal input to this loop always passes through the effect, therefore bypassing it on the unit itself is not possible.)
