■Authentic Vacuum Tube Sound
Nutube is a next-generation vacuum tube jointly developed by KORG and Noritake Electronics. Like conventional vacuum tubes, Nutube consists of an anode, grid, and filament, and operates as a complete triode. The OD-S BK, which uses Nutube and can also be powered by batteries, delivers a realistic vacuum tube sound.

■Diverse Tonal Possibilities
The OD-S BK has two gain knobs: the GAIN knob, which adjusts the input level to the vacuum tube, and the TUBE GAIN knob, which changes the distortion by adjusting the anode load of the vacuum tube circuit. This allows you to tailor the vacuum tube tone to your liking.
The OD-S also features a built-in Nutube switch for switching between single and double modes, as well as true bypass, allowing you to enjoy the different tones created by different numbers of vacuum tube stages. It's also a fully-fledged effects pedal fully capable of handling live performances.
A circuit diagram is also included for advanced users who want to customize the tone to their liking. By adding and modifying discrete components, you can easily create your own pedal effect tailored to your desired tone and performance, unlocking endless possibilities.
