The Xiang uses VST2 technology utilising piezoceramic and coaxial construction for improved ultra-high frequency reproduction capability. Sound quality and durability are enhanced by a titanium alloy housing,
■ [Adoption of VST2 and coaxial construction]
The Sho uses VST2 technology, which uses two piezo-ceramics. This improves the sensitivity of the ultra-high frequency range and creates a more expansive sound field. In addition, the coaxial arrangement of the VST2 and woofer reduces sound distortion and provides a clear sound quality.

■ [Development of 3rd generation VST2]
The characteristics of the piezoceramic have been improved with the 3rd generation VST2. A ceramic element with a large displacement has been developed, resulting in improved sensitivity in the ultra-high frequency range. This enables more natural and expansive sound field reproduction and clearer high frequencies with less grating.

■ [Adoption of titanium alloy housing]
The titanium housing is a material suitable for portable audio, with fast sound rise, light weight and high strength. The combination of a dynamic woofer and high speed sound grain has been achieved through precision processing technology and controlled acoustic damping.

■ [Adoption of OFC Pentaconn Ear connectors]
Pentaconn Ear connectors significantly reduce contact resistance and prevent degradation of sound quality; they feature more reliable contacts than MMCX-type connectors, mechanical robustness and low signal loss. Allows re-cabling with minimal impact on sound quality.

■ [Balanced cable with silver-coated OFC wire]
The accessory cable uses high-purity OFC silver-coated balanced connection cable. It has high durability and low resistance, and delivers noise reduction across the frequency range, improved resolution and an excellent sense of localisation and separation. Provides a spacious sense of presence.

■ [Adoption of original cable slider]
Adopts original cable slider made of lightweight aluminium. Reduces touch noise and provides a comfortable listening experience. It is removable and serial numbered, a sign of quality that each one has been individually tested for sound quality.

Hybrid cable with 4N pure silver and 7N oxygen-free copper for internal wiring. The use of high-purity materials suppresses loss of sound quality and delivers massive and tight bass reproduction. Improves sound resolution and extension.

■ [Optimised 3rd generation HDSS and 3rd generation VST2]
The 3rd generation HDSS technology reduces sound wave reflections in the cabinet, resulting in natural and less tiring sound quality. In addition, by utilising the high sensitivity characteristics of VST2, it provides an exquisite sound quality balance without compromising the clear sound of the “Xiang”.
