Trident A-Range consoles dominated the British recording scene from the late '60s to the early '80s, thanks in part to their superior sound quality.

The heart of this monster consists of a separate germanium and transformer-equipped preamp that can be tuned to suit any taste, from Lou Reed tones to Frank Zappa's fuzzy freak outs.
And, of course, console preamps, when pushed to their limits, can distort, saturate, bump, and overflow with overtones and other desirable tonal artifacts. Airstrip distills these legendary tones into a stompbox-sized console preamp with a few extra features. Separate op amps based on vintage UREI designs can be used as needed
Boosts the front end of your console to blissful gain. On the back end, a classy treble filter sets the pre's brightness to match your rig, and a specially selected transformer adds a touch of iron to your signal.
Capable of producing every imaginable gain sound, from warm ""mastering"" style cleans to brutally crumbling fuzz, Airstrip brings your mixing desk on your pedalboard into a more manageable package.

Power: Airstrip supports 9-24V center negative DC power.
The higher the voltage, the more headroom, volume, and clarity you get.
*Please do not use adapters that fall outside of the above range (AC, center positive, voltage less than 9 or greater than 24).
