・The cable included with the e12 uses a pure silver-plated OFC 8-core 4.4mm balanced cable with clear color sheath and copper shielding. It enables signal transmission of excellent purity.

■High-durability SwapX 2pin connector (0.78mm)
・The connector uses a high-durability SwapX 2pin (0.78mm) that is fully compatible with custom IEM 2pin. The adoption of a 4-split socket design that minimizes the risk of loosening has significantly improved robustness.

<*Caution> When re-cabling, please make sure that the diameter of the IEM 2pin is 0.78mm and is suitable for the specifications of this product before use. If a re-cable with a 2pin diameter thinner than the specifications of this product is used, the product itself may become easily pulled out and there is a risk of falling. Conversely, if a thick re-cable is used, the connector may be damaged or loose. Connector damage and other abnormalities caused by re-cabling are not covered by the warranty, so please be careful and understand before using.

[About the specifications of the faceplate]

① Due to the nature of the faceplate design, the direction and color of the pattern on the faceplate will vary from product to product. Please note that we cannot accept product exchanges due to design reasons.

② This product uses a unique SwapX technology that allows the faceplate to be replaced, and the faceplate is attached by a magnet. It is designed to remove the faceplate due to this mechanism.
