[ACS1]?MKII is an amplifier and speaker cabinet simulator that provides the sound and feel of a world-class amplifier, IR Impulse Response created by Tone Factor and York Audio, and controllable acoustic space size. Packed with features for use on stage, in the studio, or practicing at home in a small, pedal-sized housing. Simple controls, stereo in/out, onboard presets, and MIDI support make the ACS1 MKII an essential tool for guitarists. You can also load your own IR and update firmware at walrusaudio.io.

■Amplifiers
ACS1 MKII allows you to freely combine stereo amplifiers and cabinets. Use an AC30-style amp on the left and an Orange-style amp on the right, or use a 5150-style amp on both channels and use different cabinets on each side for a wider stereo sound. When using the ACS1 MKII in stereo, one amplifier can be used for both channels. Alternatively, you can use these combinations independently on the left and right sides to achieve powerful and unique amp tones. Simply press the center encoder to select individual settings for L, R, or L+R combination. Also, they can be used in combination without any phase/polarity problems.

Fullerton
Inspired by the classic, bright and clear Fender Deluxe Reverb. Crisp, clean tone with loads of headroom that players have come to love over the years.

London
Inspired by the 1962 Marshall Bluesbreaker, which had a harmonic, rich tube sound. Ideal for lead tones with rich sustain and chord plays that emphasize the mids.

Dartford
Inspired by the legendary jangly high-end tones of the 1960s Vox AC30. A thick tone in the midrange, typical of the British Invasion. If you increase the gain, you can enjoy a punchy overdrive sound.

Red
Inspired by the unique, raw and punchy Peavey 5150, it produces a heavy, aggressive modern metal and hard rock sound. It features a powerful, dense, and tight low end, a strong midrange, and a bright, sharp high end.

Citrus
Inspired by the warm, rich, harmonically complex Orange Rockerverb. A classic British gain with creamy mids and punchy lows. Even at high gain settings, clarity and sharpness are maintained throughout the tonal spectrum.

Tread
Inspired by the world famous Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier with incredible gain. A versatile choice for guitarists in genres from classic metal to punk, Tread delivers heavy, rich saturation that stands out even when playing with other musicians.

■Cabinet IRs
The ACS1 MKII includes six custom-designed IRs by David Hislop and Kenyon Reed of Tone Factor, and six custom-designed IRs by Justin York of York Audio. Each IR is created using vintage and modern amplifiers for the best tonal expression.
Users can also load their own IRs from Walrus Audio's customer web app at walrusaudio.io.

■Primary Controls
Volume, gain, and room are comprised of the top three knobs. Volume and gain are linked, so if the gain increases and the volume gets louder, you can compensate by lowering the volume.

■Room Knob
ACS1 MKII includes three types of reverb effects. Use the room knob to adjust the room size and amount of reverb. Room Decay controls can be adjusted in the Global Sound Menu.

Room
Tight room reverb is intended to give the impression that the amplifier is being miked in rooms of varying sizes. Turn it all the way down to release it, and turn it up to add a sense of space to your sound.

Hall
A hall reverb emulation that simulates the acoustics of a large live sound space with a decay control.

Spring
A spring reverb emulation that simulates the spring reverb of a tube amp, with a decay control.

■Bass/Mid/Treble EQ
Bass, mid, and treble controls can be adjusted using the encoder knobs on the home screen. This simple EQ control has visual feedback and can be used to adjust the level of the L, R, and L+R channels.

■Noise Gate
Equipped with a noise gate that is especially effective with high gain amplifier models. Threshold and Release can be adjusted numerically, and detailed settings can be easily made using the navigation screen.

■Amp EQ
You can set Presence and Resonance. You can make detailed settings to create your ideal tone.

■Bypass IRs or Amps
Since the ACS1 MKII can bypass both the IR and the amplifier model, it is possible to use only the IR of the ACS1 MKII using an amplifier other than the ACS1 MKII, or vice versa.

■Presets
ACS1 has a total of 128 preset slots. You can switch between the 3 types of presets in each bank by pressing the BYPASS and BOOST switches at the same time. All 128 presets can be accessed via MIDI program change messages
