■Tube Microphone Preamp, Compressor, and Equalizer

【Product Overview】

This unit is a 2U channel strip. Equipped with a preamp, compressor, and EQ, it can be used in a variety of situations. The preamp offers switchable impedance, the compressor offers voicing selection, the EQ is semi-parametric, and it offers a wide range of sound characteristics, including the warm sound of genuine vacuum tubes.

■Microphone & Instrument Preamp

It features a preamp with a discrete FET transistor input circuit. With a maximum gain of 60dB, it is compatible with various microphones. The low-cut filter (HPF) removes low-frequency noise, wind noise, and pop noise, making the sound clearer. It can also be used as a high-quality DI box for instruments. When an instrument is connected to the front, the rear input terminal is disabled, allowing use even with microphones or line-level equipment connected.

■ FET | OPTO/TUBE Compressor

The compressor allows you to set the threshold, ratio, attack, and release. You can choose between an FET or OPTO/TUBE circuit. The FET provides a punchy sound, while the OPTO/TUBE offers the warm sound characteristic of vacuum tubes. Furthermore, the compressor's signal path can be set to either before or after the EQ.

■ Semi-Parametric EQ

The EQ is a 4-band EQ. The LO-MID and HI-MID bands are parametric. The LOW band can be switched between 40Hz and 120Hz for adjustment. This unit allows for precise equalization of your desired frequencies.
