Limetone Audio has released a MIDI-USB converter that receives MIDI signals output from switchers, etc., converts the signals to USB-MIDI format, and outputs them.
By connecting to a device that receives MIDI signals via USB, such as ZOOM's MultiStomp series, you can receive signals from the switcher and control patch switching, etc.
In the default setting, all signals received from the MIDI in terminal are output from the USB out terminal, but by using the MIDI Ch switch on the side, it is also possible to limit the signals output from the USB out terminal to one of MIDI Ch1, Ch2, or Ch3. This allows you to set the receive MIDI channel of the device to any of Ch1-3 even if the device cannot select the receive channel.
The MIDI thru terminal outputs the MIDI signal input from MIDI in as is.
Due to its very small size, it can be converted using very little board space.
In addition, in the case of ZOOM's MultiStomp, USB power can be supplied from the MU-C, so there is no need to connect a power adapter to the MultiStomp side.
Connection terminals: MIDI in, MIDI thru, USB out, DC9V In
Accessories: Instruction manual, warranty card
External dimensions: Width (W) 72 mm, Depth (D) 44 mm, Height (H) 27 mm
Weight: 68g
USB out supply voltage: 300mA
Current consumption: 30mA (MU-C consumption only)
*When powering MultiStomp from the MU-C with a USB cable, please use an adapter with a capacity of 350mA or higher.
