Quiet is an ear plug with a noise reduction (SNR) of -26dB. It is available in four simple and soothing colors. The -26dB noise reduction is not a complete block out, but a reduction rate that allows you to hear your alarm and other necessary sounds even if you wear the ear plugs while sleeping.
