FULLTONE / CLYDE DELUXE WAH

The Deluxe version of the CLYDE Wah has all the features that players loved about the original "CLYDE Standard" but with the following additions:

・Custom-wound Fulltone pot

Most accurate reproduction (resistance and taper) of the vintage ICAR used in VOX wahs from the 60s and early 70s.

・Variable input level control

True bypass with bright side-view low-current pilot light status indicator

・3 modes: Wacked, Jimi (Clyde Standard), Shaft

■Controls

・INPUT LEVEL: Adjusts the signal level going into the wah circuit. Turning clockwise increases the signal going into the pedal, overdriving the wah circuit. Turning counterclockwise reduces distortion from high-output pickups or gives a cleaner sound.

・ROTARY MODE SWITCH:

WACKED

More "wah" sound and deeper bass response reminiscent of old color sound wahs.

JIMI

Reproduces the late 60s Vox Clyde McCoy wah sound used by Hendrix and Eric Clapton.

SHAFT
A 70s sound heard in funk classics. The entire range is slightly shifted up.

・BUFFER/BOOSTER: Adjusts the ON/OFF and amount of the JFET buffer/booster. It can also be used as a volume booster, and by increasing the amount, you can distort your amp.

・ON/OFF Footswitch: Located at the front of the pedal. To turn the effect ON, step forward on the pedal and put your weight on it until you hear a "click". The LED will light up red to indicate that the pedal is ON. Repeat the same operation to turn the pedal OFF. When the pedal is OFF, all pedal functions (including the buffer) are disabled. True bypass switching is used to minimize signal degradation when the pedal is OFF.

■INPUT: 1/4” mono standard phone input jack
■OUTPUT: 1/4” mono standard phone output jack
■DC INPUT: Operates on a high-quality, stabilized 9 to 18VDC center negative power supply with a 2.1mm x 5.5mm plug.
■BATTERY: Can also be powered by a 9 volt battery (006P battery). To replace the battery, unscrew the screws on the left and right sides of the case, separate the top and bottom of the pedal, and replace the battery.
*To replace the battery, use a flat-head screwdriver to turn the screws counterclockwise to remove the four rubber feet.
There is a cable connecting the bottom plate to the housing, so remove the bottom plate and move it to one side to make sure the cable does not get caught on anything inside the pedal. To assemble the pedal, reinstall the screws and retighten them by turning them clockwise. Be careful not to overtighten them.
