The more you play, whether during a live performance or rehearsal, the more your pick will wear out. Depending on how you play, some people may have to replace their picks multiple times during a single performance. We thought that if we could create a durable pick for players that would wear out less, we could reduce the amount of picks that end up as waste.

After considering various materials, we decided to focus on polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which is used in plastic bottles. Using PET as the material would make it possible to make picks from recycled plastic bottles, which would allow for the recycling of PET. However, the most important mission of a pick is to produce a "good sound." During the development stage, we asked many musicians and artists for their opinions. And now, we have completed the new Eco Pick, a pick made from plastic bottles that has a clear tone and excellent durability.
