The VB-88 is the flagship of the Venture cabinet series, with a modern look featuring carbon fiber-look Tolex. Equipped with eight lightweight custom-voiced 8” Lavoce neodymium woofers and HF drivers, it is ready for any gig.

The Ampeg Venture series follows Ampeg's traditional sound that dates back to the early days of the electric bass, while providing the modern sound and features demanded by today's bassists. The Ampeg Venture series, which is powerful yet has unprecedented mobility due to its light weight, consists of 3 types of heads (Venture V3/Venture V7/Venture V12) and 5 types of matching cabinets (VB-112/115/210/212/410), and now a new model: the VB-88 cabinet has been added to the lineup.

The VB-88 retains the visual impact and sonic performance of the legendary SVT810 style, but with a more compact, modern sound that meets the needs of bassists playing all styles of music.
