① Order
After you have placed your order for this product, we will contact you to confirm the assembly and installation.

② Adjustment of the installation date
Approximately 1-2 weeks after your order, the piano delivery company will contact you about the installation date. At this time, please discuss your detailed preferences such as time.

③ Delivery
Delivery and installation work will be carried out on the date you have arranged.
In addition, the piano delivery company will contact you again the day before as a final confirmation, so please respond accordingly.
