Orion 32+ Gen4 introduces the latest technology from Antelope Audio and significantly increases its potential.
Industry-standard conversion Antelope Audio interfaces have a worldwide reputation for industry-leading AD/DA conversion and clocking, and the new Orion 32 is no exception. Its AD/DA converters have the ability to deliver up to 130dB of dynamic range, making it one of the top high-end multi-channel interfaces. High-performance conversion is also achieved through its unique 64-bit Acoustically Focused Clocking technology and jitter management algorithms, which have proven indispensable in countless productions over the years.

Orion 32+ Gen4 doubles the channel streaming and MADI connectivity via Thunderbolt compared to its predecessor, with 128 channels available for daisy-chaining up to four devices over a single computer connection, for large-scale recording Ideal for sessions, live sound, complex post-production set-ups and broadcast facilities. It works well with large mixing consoles, hardware effects processing, analogue summing boxes, open-reel setups and hardware synthesisers.

As a physical extension to the system, the compatible Antelope MRC hardware controller (sold separately) makes it easier to achieve the smooth, tactile control that is key to advanced monitoring.

It features a powerful preset recall system that can recall a variety of settings, including signal routing, level adjustment, mixer settings and monitoring controls. A monitoring pop-out widget has also been introduced for convenient output level control and preset recall, with the ability to always be displayed at the forefront. The routing matrix is now fully customisable for more convenient patching and reduced complexity.

The interface is compatible with both Windows and macOS and features options such as ADAT ports, so it can be used for everything from recording, mixing, interfacing and AD/DA conversion to advanced patchbays and monitor controllers, making it It is suitable for.
