45°ベアリングエッジ

シェルとドラムヘッドが接するベアリングエッジには、Pearlが長年採用してきた45°エッジを採用。
ヘッドの振動をスムーズにシェルへ伝え、明瞭なアタックとメイプルならではの温かみ、伸びやかなサステインをバランスよく引き出します。

DECADE MAPLEのシェルには、Pearlが培ってきた独自のシェル製造技術を投入。厳選した木材を精密に成型し、独自の接着技術と高圧・高温による成型工程によって、優れた鳴りと高い耐久性を両立しています。
さらに、組み立て前にはエッジの平面度やシェルの真円度を厳しくチェック。安定したヘッドの装着とスムーズなチューニングを支えます。

シェル本来の鳴りを活かす
Opti-Loc サスペンションシステム

タムには「Opti-Loc サスペンションシステム」を採用。2本のテンションボルトとエアベントホールを利用した3点支持構造により、シェルへの接触を抑えながらタムをしっかりと保持します。

シェルへの接触を抑えた NDLミニラグ

コンパクトで堅牢なNDLミニラグを採用。シェルとの接触面積を抑えることで、シェル本来の振動を活かしながら、安定したチューニングを実現します。
すっきりとしたデザインもDECADE MAPLEの洗練されたルックスを引き立てます。

自由度の高いセッティングが可能
Uni-Lockタムホルダー

タムのセッティングには、PearlのUni-Lockタムホルダーを採用。タムの角度を180°無段階に調整でき、自分の演奏スタイルに合わせた快適なポジションへスムーズにセットできます。各タムを独立して調整できるため、演奏性を重視した細かなセッティングにも対応します。

6-ply (5.4mm) maple shell
Thin 6-ply maple shells with carefully selected grain and texture bring out rich low frequency and vivid high frequency while demonstrating strong midrange power and quick response.

■Opti-lock Suspension System
This is a three-point tom mount system that suspends the tom-toms at a single point using two tension bolts and an air vent hole.
This system allows the tom tom to be held firmly in place even during intense playing while bringing out the sound of the shell.

■Tom Holder
The standard tom holder is equipped with a Uni-lock Tilter that can be adjusted 180 degrees, enabling the tom holder to be set in an exquisite position, which cannot be achieved with a gear type tom holder.

■45°Bearing Edge
The ground surface of the shell and head are equipped with a 45° bearing edge, a highly reliable shape that has been used by Pearl for many years and is characterized by its responsive and open sound.
This specification makes it easy to tune each drum and is recommended for beginners.
