This is the ultimate high-gain distortion pedal for bass, which is like combining three different distortion pedals from ASHDOWN into one unit. The Dark, Medium, and Light frequency bands and the ROAST knob allow you to individually control the amount of distortion for each band, so you can create your favorite drive sound from a thick low range to a high-gain high range. Setting all the controls to the 12 o'clock position gives you a rich, driven bass sound.

The Ashdown PRO FX 18V series is manufactured in the UK using only carefully selected components. All effects are designed to be powered from a linearly isolated 18V power supply to ensure the highest signal-to-noise ratio and lowest possible background noise. This is especially important for high-gain distortion pedals and pedal-style compressors.
All pedals are constructed with a sturdy steel housing and anodized aluminum front face. It uses a genuine Neutrik jack socket.
