qdc/Hybrid Folk-S is an in-ear earphone that uses a 2-way sound channel and 3-way crossover, and is equipped with three types of drivers on one side: one BA driver, one dynamic driver, and one flat panel driver (flat diaphragm) in a hybrid configuration.

■Hybrid driver configuration with 3 types: BA + dynamic + flat panel
・Hybrid Folk-S is a product of the Hybrid series, which consists of different types of drivers, and is a model created mainly for vocal listening, based on the sound of the professional Studio series. Adopting a 2-way sound channel and 3-way crossover, it is equipped with 3 types of drivers in a hybrid configuration: 1 BA driver, 1 dynamic driver, and 1 flat panel driver (flat diaphragm) on each side. By adopting QDC's proprietary technology of an independent acoustic cavity and sound conduit, we have achieved flat characteristics that are not affected by the ``intra-casing space on the sound,'' which was an issue with the airflow of IEMs equipped with dynamic drivers. First, we created a cavity that fixed the flat panel driver and dynamic driver together, and by combining the BA driver there, we achieved a neutral and natural sound that combines the low frequency elasticity of the dynamic type, the precise mid-high range of the BA type, and the superiority of the ultra high frequency range of the flat panel type, while maintaining excellent consistency.

■Special folk art design inspired by golden maple
・Since the development of Folk began in the golden autumn, the universal IEM Hybrid Folk-S has a special folk art design inspired by golden maple. It comes with a portable cloth case inspired by folk art, and comes in a handmade bamboo package.

■3.5mm/2.5mm/4.4mm switchable 3in1 plug cable and soft earpiece
・Hybrid Folk-S uses a silver-plated copper cable that is easy to handle and has a neutral sound. Furthermore, the 3-in-1 plug allows for easy switching between 3.5mm/2.5mm/4.4mm, allowing you to easily switch between unbalanced and balanced connections by simply plugging and unplugging. In addition, we have adopted earpieces that are softer and easier to fit.
