The original TYLER was an active 2-CH crossover/signal splitter that has refined the tones on the pedal boards of many bass and guitar players around the world.

With feedback from TYLER users, the Tyler Deluxe was created as a more advanced, versatile, and flexible product.
Both the high-pass and low-pass filters have a 12 dB/oct rolloff, with variable cutoff from 20 Hz to 3 kHz. Other features have been thoroughly upgraded, and the noise floor has been improved as well. Now let us explain why this pedal is DELUXE.
Eliminates Ground LoopsThe original TYLER was also used as a sophisticated AB/Y box, which could cause ground loops, but not with the Tyler Deluxe.

This unit avoids ground loops by combining the two SEND jacks with a TRIAD Magnetics transformer, while at the same time providing warm saturation (when ground is floated with the internal slide switch).
To accommodate any situation or pedal, both loops each have a phase inversion switch (+/-) to cancel unwanted phase.
