The WESAUDIO ng76 is the ideal ""1176"" with many updates added to the legendary recording equipment ""Urei 1176LN,"" and further enhanced with digital recall/plug-in control.

While the audio signal passes only through completely analog circuitry, all parameters can be digitally controlled from a DAW plugin! The traditional analog sound of the 1176 remains intact, while leveraging the convenience of plugins such as recall and automation.

【Main Features of ng76】

1. 100% Analog FET Compressor: The ng76 is an analog compressor with 24dBu headroom. Despite being digitally controlled, it delivers the high-speed compression sound used on countless classic albums.

2. Full Stereo Operation (Stereo Matched Pair): ng76 units can be linked using dedicated software. By linking the compressor control signals, it can be used as a true stereo compressor with all parameters linked, or as a dual-mono compressor. (Requires the dedicated cable included with the Stereo Matched Pair.)

3. Convenient MIX Knob for Parallel Compression: As you know, FET compressors are fast, aggressive, and have a punchy character. The MIX knob allows you to adjust the amount of this wonderful flavor.

4. Total Harmonic Distortion (THD): The THD button adds a shimmering distortion, and you can choose between High and Low settings. This feature, unique to FET circuits, allows you to adjust the saturation during compression.

5. Equipped with Carnhill Transformers: Transformers are an important element in audio equipment. The Carnhill transformers, which produce superb warm saturation, add that vintage flavor to the ng76.

6. Saturation Mode: A special mode that adds only saturation using the FET circuit without compression, and can be controlled with a single knob that moves the INPUT and OUTPUT in opposite directions. This allows you to use the ng76 as a saturation box or clipper, adding beautiful saturation the more you turn the knob.

7. Selectable Input Stage: Modern and Vintage modes allow you to recreate two revisions of the 1176 (F and G).
