Aurelius was inspired by the chorus pedals of the 1970s and has been developed and refined many times over. With its ‘tri-voices’, Aurelius offers an unprecedented chorus modulation experience.

Also, although Aurelius is a chorus effector, it can also be used as a vibrato or flanger using the chorus structure. The rotary mode was developed after extensive research into leslie speakers from the 1940s. It is tuned to sound good with any instrument.

■ Mode V.
Chorus/vibrato mode with triangle wave (V) LFO modulation.
Turning the Balance knob all the way up cuts the original sound and can be used as a pitch vibrato.
■Mode C
Mode C is a chorus/flanger mode using a sine wave (C). It is a warmer, slower LFO modulation than Mode V. Turning up the Width knob to the right adds feedback and makes the flanger effect more pronounced.
■Mode R
This chorus/rotary mode reproduces the sound of a leslie speaker. It has been tuned to suit any instrument, not just guitars, by studying the differences in horn movement, phasing and output at different speeds of leslie speakers from the 1940s.
Aurelius also features expression pedal support with assignable Width, Rate and Balance, and a six-channel user preset function.
