XSONIC / AIRSTEP YT Edition

AIRSTEP YT Edition is a specialized version of the ""smart multi-controller"" AIRSTEP. It enables wireless control of Yamaha's portable amplifiers, the THR-II series (THR10II, THR10IIW, THR30IIW, THR30IIA), immediately without any setup. It connects directly to the THR-II series, without the need for the original THR App.

You can switch slots and turn effects on/off. These slot switching and effect on/off functions are pre-combined into three built-in modes. Just choose the mode that is easiest to use.

When the AIRSTEP YT Edition is connected, the dedicated THR Remote App cannot be used. However, audio connection via Bluetooth is possible.

You can wirelessly switch THR II slots

On/Off of THR II COMPRESSOR, EFFECT, ECHO, and REVERB

Robust aluminum extrusion shell

The THR Remote App cannot connect to the amplifier when the footswitch is connected. Bluetooth audio (e.g. playing backing tracks) will continue to work normally.

With the regular AIRSTEP or AIRSTEP Lite, you can control the amp by sending MIDI messages to the app.

Communication distance of about 30 meters (line of sight)
